Process Overview
Creating an account at Crontastic.com is a two part process.
The first part is filling out the membership form and submitting it to the system.
After you have completed the form, the system will send an email to the
address you supply on the form.
The second part of the process is to visit the page linked in the email
message. The link contains a code to identify your account, and when you
follow it to the site you will be asked to log in. Logging into this form
activates your account.
Once you have activated your account, you are able to use our members area to
create, enable, and activate jobs in our system.

Account Creation Form
When you arrive at the account creation form you will see a greeting message.
This message contains information for new users, and a warning that you must
supply a valid email to create an account.
We also ask that you read and agree to both our
Privacy Policy and our
Terms of Service before you
create an account with us.
There is a link at the bottom of the greeting page which takes you to the form.
The account creation form consists of four text entry fields.
- Account Name Entry
- Password Entry
- Password Confirmation
- Email Address Entry
There are also two check boxes. One is to acknowledge the Crontastic Privacy
Policy, and one is for the Terms of Service. The form provides links to these
policies, or you can access them using the links above.
After you have completed all of the fields, click the "Create Account" button
at the bottom of the form.
The system will attempt to create the requested account, and inform you if
there are any errors. If the account creation is successful, you will receive
a message telling you that the account activation email has been sent to the
supplied email address. That completes part one of the process. When you
receive the account activation email, click on the supplied link (or paste it
into your browser's address bar) to begin part two.
Detailed Instructions (Part Two)
When you follow the link in your email to the account activation form you will
be asked to log into the system. Enter the username and password you supplied
when you completed the account creation form. You will see some more status
information as the system activates your account, and then you whould be
logged into the system. If there are any problems at this stage of the process,
please try again. The account activation script can recover from some types
of failure.
If a second attempt is not successful, plese use our contact form or contact
support at
our support team. Support
will typically activate your account manually within 24 hours. We will contact
you if there are any issues with the process.
